Shipping & Returns

Shipping Method
We ship via USPS and UPS. If you would like to have your package expedited or insured, or if you would like for us to use a different shipping method, or if you need your package by a specific date, or if you would like signature confirmation, please contact us via email at OliviasSweetheartBoutique@gmail.com or phone 1-803-200-2855 as soon as you place your order. Additional fees may apply.  Olivia’s Sweetheart Boutique is not responsible for stolen packages that are delivered to the shipping address provided, or for packages delayed or lost by the shipping carrier. All packages valued over $500 will be shipped via UPS with a signature confirmation required. Typically, we ship within 24 hours of receiving your order of in stock items.  We ship from our store in Columbia, SC so the time it will take for your order to arrive to you vary based on your location.

Potential Shipping Delays
Due to high order volume during our SALE periods, there will be a delay in shipping orders. Please allow additional time for your order to ship. Expedited orders will be shipped out right away. We will try our very best to minimize the delay and process your order as soon as possible.

Preorder Policy and Shipping Timeframes
When you place an order containing a preorder item, your item is being reserved for you. Once in stock, items will ship within 48 hours. Expected preorder ship dates are noted on each product page, but are subject to change depending on the manufacturing. Canceled preorders will be refunded in the form of a store credit.

Payment Methods
We currently accept PAYPAL, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Apple Pay. Your card will be charged when you place an order for in stock and preorder items. If you would like to place an order by phone, call us at 1-803-200-2855. 

Sales Tax
Corresponding sales tax will be charged for orders shipped to New Jersey and New York as required by law.

 

Returns and Exchanges:

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so returns and exchanges meeting the conditions below will be accepted. This policy applies to all preorder and online purchases.

Returned items must be in the original condition, with tags attached, and sent via a trackable method. Original shipping fees are not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

 

Exchanges will be shipped to you at no charge. 

Returns of full-price items sent back to us within 15 days of the ship date are eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment. Returns postmarked within 30 days of original ship date are eligible for store credit refund, and returns will not be accepted after 30 days. If you received a gift from our store, you may exchange it for other items of equal value or for store credit. Sale items discounted 25% or more are returnable for store credit only.  This includes items purchased with a promotional code.

Clearance items that are 50% off or more, and items that were special ordered for you, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who abuses this policy. Returned items that do not meet the return policy guidelines will be returned to you.
